Joanne Wong

Executive Director and Administration Manager

Joanne performs a broad range of duties, chief among which is overseeing support services, office maintenance, printing and records management for the entire office. She also deals with all matters relating to office telecommunications and security.

Eric Chin

Head of Accounts

As Head of Accounts, Eric leads his team in planning, developing and coordinating fiscal and financial policies, objectives, standards and procedures. In collaboration with the Management, Eric constantly seeks new strategies to improve the internal control system in order to achieve the company's objectives of good corporate governance.

Malathi V

IT Supervisor

Malathi heads the IT team which supervises and manages the company's file database system and electronic documents. They ensure that the in-house web-based customized software database of file records and electronic documents is at all times accurate and updated. She is also responsible for enforcing strict auditing of hardware and software for licensing purposes for the company.

Jo Yee

PA to the MD and Human Resources

In addition to her role as PA to the Managing Director, Jo Yee manages the firm's most valued assets - the People of Henry Goh. Working closely with the Management, she sees to the implementation of HR policies and ensures that they are adhered to. Her wide spectrum of duties covers payroll, compensation, hiring, performance management, organisation development, safety, wellness, benefits, employee motivation, communication, administration, and training coordination. Jo Yee spares no effort in ensuring Personnel Safety and a healthy working environment.
