The Malaysian Intellectual Property System

Furthermore, the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) is now in force for Malaysia, and accession to the Madrid Protocol is under consideration. The country's modern and comprehensive set of IP laws is backed by a Government determined to promote the enforcement of intellectual property rights.
